The Installation Assurance Authority (The IAA) is an industry body that provides a quality assurance framework covering:

• Consumer protection
• Technical guidance
• Certification
• Competent Persons Scheme (CPS)
• Installer surveillance and monitoring
• Training and carding (for Installers)
• Member company support under a single compliance platform

This give homeowners, key stakeholders and funders the confidence that insulation work is carried out to a high standard and subject to a level of rigor and surveillance which helps ensure it is done ‘Right First Time’.
