As The IAA approaches its 1st year anniversary it is time to reflect on what we have achieved. When The IAA was initially launched it was safe to say no one knew the full extent and impact COVID-19 would have on business. However, against the trend it is great to report that since launch we have on-boarded a number of System Designers, Installers and System Suppliers.
We have continued to provide regular information and resources to support our members and extended our offer to include PAS 2030 certification for Park Homes, added new guarantees across the majority of insulation measures and also launched our Retrofit Service for members.
The summer saw the launch of the GHGVS and The IAA responded by hosting our own webinars, explainer videos and infographics to help members and homeowners better understand the benefits of using The IAA members when considering works.
Throughout the year we have continued to work with BEIS and TrustMark to ensure member businesses gain as much support as possible. Whilst the GHGVS has unfortunately not been the success it had the potential to be the funding landscape is possibly the most promising in the history of the industry and there is much to look forward to in the future.
We end our first year of establishment with high hopes for the future and look forward to hosting a significant industry conference in September as we come out of this terrible pandemic. Until then we will continue to engage and support members with their certification and guarantee needs.
Your sincerely
