What is TrustMark Licence Plus?
TrustMark Licence Plus is a key route in supporting TrustMark Registered Businesses to engage in a transitional adoption of fabric-first. As well as whole house retrofit, enabling these businesses to take on domestic retrofit energy efficiency work under consumer protection and a recognisable TrustMark framework of compliance.
The scheme has been created to help build supply chain by supporting the increased engagement of competency through tradespeople. Highlighting the competency and quality workmanship of TrustMark Registered Businesses through those who join the Licence Plus Scheme through The IAA.

As Scheme Providers The IAA have extended their scope to deliver Licence Plus, exceeding requirements provided by TrustMark to ensure quality assurance through compliance, audit and assessment with relation to the 7 Pillars of compliance. The pillars include:

- Providing a property assessment and pre and post works Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Ensuring a customer has impartial advice to make informed decisions
- Agreeing a contract to deliver agreed work and services
- Providing Financial Protection for all work undertaken
- Lodging details into the TrustMark Data Warehouse
