Union Technical Services Ltd was formed by two Directors in 2013. Committed to quality, Union Technical offer a ‘Whole House’ Energy Efficiency model through a variety of insulation measures such as internal wall, cavity wall, loft, room in roof and under floor and have since won several regional and national awards. Wanting to provide an overall package Union Technical opted for two members of their staff to undertake ventilation and air tightness training.

Use of the process can avoid the unnecessary install of trickle vents and door undercuts. The IAA CS can provide training for your staff to carry out testing to be certified by either iATS soon to be renamed the Elmhurst Air tightness Scheme or the Air Tightness Testing and Measuring Association (ATTMA) and training is being offered to those installers who wish to pursue this route.
