The IAA is committed to ensuring that the highest standards of workmanship are maintained within the Installation Industry and The IAA member installers and technicians are subject to surveillance and random quality inspections by The IAA, third parties and the System Designers.

However, in the event that you wish to report any concerns regarding the practices of a specific installer or technician then you can use this form to alert us so that our technical staff can investigate.

Please note that this is not a complaint form in relation to specific claims under the Guarantee, which should be reported to the IAA customer service team.

Please provide as much detail as possible to aid with investigations. All submissions are treated as confidential, and can be made anonymously if preferred.
