The IAA is committed to ensuring that the highest standards of workmanship is maintained within the insulation industry and IAA Member Installers and Technicians are subject to surveillance and random quality inspections by The IAA, third parties and System Suppliers.

However, in the event that you wish to report a concern regarding the practices of a specific Installer or Technician please complete the form below by providing as much detail as possible and our technical staff will investigate. All submissions are treated as confidential and can be made anonymous, if preferred.
